Jonathan Perkins, Director

Jonathan Perkins joined EGARC in the summer of 1999 and held a variety of positions, including Associate Director (2001-2007), before assuming the Directorship.  He received his B.A. in Russian and Soviet Area Studies from Middlebury College and his Ph.D. in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Kansas. He has taught Russian at all levels, in addition to teaching courses in Slavic folklore and instructional technology.  He holds a certificate in Technology and Language Instruction from Middlebury College's Center for Educational Technology.



Nathan McKee, Information Specialist

Nathan McKee began working at EGARC in the spring of 2006, just after receiving his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kansas. He is responsible for the Center's technology infrastructure, including the three computer labs, the circulation database and the on-line catalog. He also plays the lead role in scripting and programming for EGARC and faculty-related projects.



Jennifer Laverentz, Administrative Specialist Senior

Jennifer Laverentz joined EGARC on a half-time basis in the fall of 2005 and became a full-time member of the staff in the summer of 2007. She is responsible for the all of the Center's financial activities, including payroll, billing and purchasing. She also handles most of the Center's scheduling issues and supervises the work of EGARC's student staff on a daily basis.
