Jonathan joined EGARC in the summer of 1999 and has held a variety of positions in the unit, including Associate Director (2001-2007). He received his B.A. in Russian and Soviet Area Studies from Middlebury College, and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Kansas. In addition to his work in EGARC, he is the Executive Director of the KU Language Training Center and Director of the Open Language Resource Center.
Keah joined EGARC as a student in the spring of 2006 and became a full-time staff member in the summer of 2009. She holds a B.S. in Information Systems (with an Italian minor) and an M.S.E. in Educational Technology from the University of Kansas. She is responsible for all of EGARC's technical infrastructure, training faculty in the use of technology, and coordinating EGARC's web-based projects. In addition to her work in EGARC, she is the Assistant Director of the Open Language Resource Center.
Katie joined EGARC in the Spring of 2019. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in French and French Literature from the University of Kansas, where she also taught as a French lecturer. She is the program manager for both the Open Language Resource Center and the KU Language Training Center
Chris joined EGARC in the spring of 2021. He holds a B.A. in History (with a Psychology minor), an M.S. in Adolescence Education, an an M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Chris will receive his Ph.D. in Foreign Language & ESL Education in May 2021. He is the program manager for KU's Project GO initiative and is responsible for a host of administrative duties for EGARC.
