EGARC Online Reservations
To reserve multimedia equipment, please fill out the form below. Once our staff has received and processed your request, you will get an e-mail confirming your reservation. No reservation should be considered final prior to e-mail confirmation. Please allow at least one full day for processsing of your request. You can also make requests by calling our reservation line at (785) 864-4759 during normal business hours.
If you wish to use the same equipment in the same room for multiple days, you can simply make note of that fact in the comments section at the end of the form rather than filling out a separate request for each day.
